Walk

For world migratory bird day, we are highlighting how birds don’t see borders! Join the Everett Crowley Park Committee and Free the Fern for a bird walk that connects the ecosystems of Champlain Heights. Everett Crowley Park and the Champlain Heights Trails are a hotspot for birders in Metro Vancouver and are home to 120 species of bird including both migratory and resident species. This is a great opportunity to learn about birds and how they are connected to the wider ecosystem. This walk will also offer an opportunity to meet new people and become more familiar with Everett Crowley Park and the Champlain Heights Trail Network.

Meet at the Champlain Heights Community Centre, 3350 Maquinna Drive, Vancouver, BC V5S 4C6.
