Do you find it challenging to find and photograph birds? Are you looking to improve the quality of your bird photos? Join biologist and photographer Kris Cu (BC Outreach Specialist, Birds Canada) to learn more about your camera settings and the skills you need to capture stunning images. The workshop will be hands-on and will cover topics such as finding elusive subjects, working with the light, shooting creatively and wildlife photography ethics.
Fall in love with crafting with SPES Public Environmental Education Coordinator and felting hobbyist, Anna Bondartchouk.
Join us for this family-friendly, hands-on workshop for children 6 and up and their parents/adult caregivers. Workshop attendees will construct their very own chickadee nesting box to help support wild bird habitat in your own backyard. All materials (and safety equipment) are supplied.
