Discover some of the most endangered, secretive and fascinating bird species that we strive to better understand and conserve in our province in this “birdinar.” At the end of the presentation, play a fun bird trivia game with us. Join wildlife photographer Liron Gertsman for an in-depth bird photography workshop, going over tips, tricks and techniques for bird photography that can be applied regardless of your camera of choice, smartphones included. The program will also include a photo walk through the gardens and an overview of post-processing techniques to help make your bird photos shine. You'll want to bring a camera and a laptop (optional) if you'd like to follow along with a photo editing tutorial.
