As the Vancouver Bird Celebration nears its end, let’s combine our board game minds with our bird-y hearts! Join Birds Canada biologist Remi Torrenta (he/him) for a try at the infamous birding board game – Wingspan! This fun, card-driven game revolves around attracting the best birds and scores to your habitat. And while you don’t need to know about birds to play, you’ll for sure pick up some favourites along the way. This event will be a tournament style, starting with a teaching round, and followed by two rounds of games in split groups.
