The Vancouver Botanical Gardens Association is delighted to present this free, guided birding tours at VanDusen Botanical Garden with experienced guide, Emily Black. Join Emily for a leisurely two-hour tour through the Garden to look & listen for the many species of birds that frequent the area while she shares her enthusiasm and knowledge of the Garden’s avian inhabitants. Dress for the weather, and bring binoculars if you have them. A typical tour will cover roughly 1-1.5kms of both paved and non-paved trails in the Garden, birding on the go as well as taking lots of opportunity to stop and observe. Some trails may have slope, steps or uneven ground (grass or wood chip). The general public must pay Garden admission fees. Members are exempt from admission fees. Pre-registration is required.
